We are developing a great partnership which uses rugby and sport to help those who often find themselves on the wrong end of life, through no real fault of their own, to integrate better into society. We are very excited the money is going towards funding the project which will work with 60 year 9 school children across three different schools in East London. We are pleased that we will be supporting them in 2015 as well to continue with the project.

Ken Cowen, CEO of School of Hard Knocks added: "We are really grateful to Wasps Legends Charitable Foundation for choosing us as their charity. There is a genuine sense of partnership here that is based on a shared passion for rugby but also a shared belief in the power of rugby to deliver a genuine social impact in our society. We have a had a great start to SOHK for Schools and are now well placed, because of this funding, to grow and develop this exciting work.

The whole of the Wasps legends squad epitomised everything rugby stands for - community spirit, great banter, competition on the pitch and the making of some lasting friendships.
